Reflexology is an ancient form of stress relief dating back to the Egyptians.  It is mainly performed on the feet, however it can be done on the hands.  

I am a qualified and insured reflexologist, and it is with reflexology that I find a great deal of peace and quiet. 

I am based in Kidderminster in Worcestershire, and (as advertised in The Bridge magazine) I am available for reflexology treatments on -
