On the next page you will find information regarding reflexology. I have always enjoyed receiving a reflexology treatment, and so after many years I decided to train to share this very peaceful and relaxing treatment with others.
I am also a self-published author, and you will find information on the 2 (non-fiction) books that are published - there are 2 books waiting in the wings, as well as a musical that is based on the four books.
The content of all of the books has been taken from my diaries and journals. Initially I was encouraged to write a pregnancy diary when I was pregnant with my 1st child, then I kept a 2nd pregnancy with my 2nd child. The 3rd book is my journey with post natal depression, that turned into a Black Dog, the shortest book but the longest journey. The 4th book is the break up of the marriage, it is raw and the content will upset many readers.
It was when I was receiving counselling that I really got into journaling - I found it was good to write it down instead of carrying it all in my head. And for me it worked, but I know it's not for everyone.
I have published the books to help other people - men as well as women; for them to read about my journey, to read about my experiences, and how I dealt with it, got help and got through. I will say at this point, that if you are offended by raw truth that is upsetting to read, that you don't get a copy of book 4 when it is published - you have been warned.
I run my own company, and carry out freelance proofreading work. I also support University students (online) who have learning difficulties; I've done this for about 5 years.
For relaxation I read, knit and do a little walking. I absolutely love spending time with my kids, they are my world and I would walk over hot coals for them. I and my kids live in Worcestershire. We are safe and are very happy, and that is what matters.
